Live Movie Review: Total Recall (2012)

A blahblahblahgay movie review experiment took place this evening whilst watching the remake of the classic Arnie movie Total Recall. It's been done before I'm sure but this was my first time of storifying my live tweeting reactions to this "movie." It made watching the film more fun, I hope you have a good time with the review.

  3. Were you watching this at home or in a theater? I ask because the only thing worse than paying money to see a movie you don't like is being in a theater with a person who is constantly sending big, arcing beams of light out into the theater while they are texting/tweeting.

    4. Actually, that was the wrong link, now that I look at it (although I don't know why it wouldn't have worked).

      Here's the correct link: http://www.tipsfromchip.blogspot.com/2011/08/humor-no-texting-in-theaters.html

  4. Well, I watched while doing some ironing, if you only glance at it once in a while it's a pretty enjoyable movie, although the original is way better and this one references it way too much.

The weirdest bit I thought was the scene where they wanted to prove it was not real and he...had to shoot someone else? How would that prove anything about something being real or not....

    1. That idea was actually in the original short story but something important got lost in translation in addition to other parts of the idea getting removed completely from the film.
